Uncertainty principle and collapsing of wave function

Given any two operators A,B:

ΔΑΔΒ >= ([Α,Β])/2ι >ΔTh

Where [A,B] is the commutator of the operators A and B and ΔTh is the deviation of Th operator.
Th is the threshold operator. If ([Α,Β])/2ι >ΔTh then the wave function  ψ is collapsing during the measurement
